To date, Speech First has successfully won or settled lawsuits against Oklahoma State University, Virginia Tech, the University of Central Florida, the University of Houston, the University of Michigan, the University of Texas, the University of Illinois, and Iowa State University. Additionally, we have open cases against Indiana University, Texas State University and the Department of Education regarding the Dept’s new Title IX rule.
