BRS Model Legislation
Speech First has developed model legislation on this issue in partnership with the Goldwater Institute.
Our goal is to protect students from Bias Reporting Systems (BRS) to ensure these BRSs cannot investigate, threaten disciplinary action, or otherwise punish enrolled students for protected speech.
